About Alex Lim
FOUR years ago in 2006, Alex Lim started his REAL ESTATE business venture and went on to his quest to live life to its FULLEST!! . Yes! He stepped into the Real Estate Brokering Industry part-time at the age of 22 despite his commitments with the National Service back in 2006.
Within 18 months in the business, He was able to reward himself his dreamed BMW and also invested in his very first property in 2007. These accomplishments had inspired himself and his follow team members to seek bigger DREAMS & GOALS during their quest to succeed.
Being a Young Achiever since age 23, he inspires the young and dynamic future entrepreneurs of the Real Estate Industry to open their minds to many possibilities.
Alex Lim is one of the youngest & most successful achievers in the Real Estate Industry, proving that age is not a barrier for his hunger to succeed. Equipped with an aptitude for sales, talent, values and sheer perseverance, Alex has proven to many that a young man then equipped with strong beliefs, can achieve much more in than what people expected from him and achievements many often dream about.
Alex was a student with the local Ngee Ann Polytechnic & graduated in 2004 with a Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management. After joining the Real Estate Industry, he NEVER look back.

Fresh from the Army at 22 years of age, Alex was exposed to the natural beatings of the harsh Real Estate industry. This tough kid would not have made it possible today without all the fruitful and priceless lessons he had learnt through experience during his sales journey.

He has ever since continuously focus on Self-Enrichment activities. He invested in what he feels is the TWO most valuable assets of Life; “Knowledge” + “Network” is all that matters. This belief has guided him along his journey and has also given him an additional cutting advantage on what to “FOCUS” on during his career.
Alex has invested TENS of Thousands of dollars on training seminars and self-development courses. Till date, he believes the price to pay for IGNORANCE will cost him much more than the cost of trainings.
With this sheer determination, belief and hard work, he started to reap in the rewards from this Real Estate Business.
All in a short span of a year, at the age of 23, Alex Lim moved up quickly to Associate Director position in a Local Real Estate company, promoting up 3 levels in a year.
Being one of the Youngest Directors in his previous Real Estate company, Alex Lim maintained his Top Achievers position consistently ever since then. He ended Yr 2007 at TOP 18th position ahead of 6000 Associates in the then Largest Real Estate Company.
NOW, he is appointed ERA Senior Team Director with an International Franchise “ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd” spear-heading a team of more than 50 dynamic agents.
